  I've been holding off on writing this review in hope that a business retailer would improve in a necessary niche market. Unfortunately, my continued experience here has been very poor. I live close to the Katy location and choose to shop here as it is convenient for my family. The concerns we have with this location is service has been consistently poor to non-existent. The cashiers seem to have an attitude when a price match is requested. The staff seem uninterested in checking customers out. There are times where staffing is limited throughout the store. Getting a question answered or getting something from the top shelves that requires a tall step ladder are nearly impossible. It's finally at the point where I will consider taking by business to the Bunker Hill location. I suggest you do as well.
