  Salespeople were quick to greet and gave a convincing account of how your delivery will go down. Very poor communications,between drivers and customers. It took 6 different attempts to deliver the quality of furniture. Know this as a fact, you will not see a delivery team before 3 p.m. and if you are extremely lucky you will get a phone call on the day of your deliver which I promise will happen closer to 7 than 4. This seemed to me to be a way of bringing your furniture in while it is dark, so the poor quality in the finishes will not be so easy to detect visually. I highly recommend using a brightly lit area to inspect each item.

  The service is EXCELLENT at Bel Furniture Katy! As I entered the store I was warmly welcomed by the staff, then I was approached by my sales associate Frank H. He patiently listened to my request and guided me to what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable about all of their products, I didn't feel pressured into my purchase, and I got exactly what I needed! I was also pleased by the customer service representative and store manager after I decided to go back to buy more items on short notice prior to my delivery date. They made it possible for me to keep my scheduled delivery date even though the schedule was full. I'm so happy that I bought my new furniture from there and plan to come back to buy more! Thank you Bel Furniture Katy!!!!
