  I'm pretty disappointed that I could order flowers via their website at 6 AM in the morning and they could not manage to deliver until 730 in the evening. The recipient was already gone for the big event and didn't know I was even thinking of her until 10:30 PM when she got home. I didn't realize Tuesdays were such a busy day for florists. The flowers are pretty but it's all about getting them there in a timely manner so the recipient knows they were thought about on the day that it matters. :-(

  If I could put no stars i would. Flowers were ordered fro a surpise for Valentines day. They did not show up. Called the number on the website several times only to get voice mail. Here it is 2 pm day after Valentines day and still not Delivery. Drove to their Local katy store location.... no store. So they took our money, did not deliver, blew a surprise and will not return the calls or money. CROOKS!!!!!! SO NOT USE
