  Today I went to fill up with gas at the Chevron. I got the gas and then a car wash (the works). The car wash did not complete the wash and there was soap left on my vehicle. After complaining to the guy working the counter he went out and tried to fix the car wash. After 20 minutes of waiting I asked how long it was going to take. The guy offered me $5.00 back but no way to clean my vehicle which still had dried soap all over it. After getting another guy involved he finally gave me $8.00 to get another car wash and sent me on my way. The place he told me about didn't have a working car wash. So after wasting 45 minutes of my day waiting on your attendants to fix your faulty car wash I had to wash my own vehicle once I got home. Your customer service was terrible. I am sure that nothing will come of this but I felt you should know about it. If you provide a service that does not work, you should have a plan in place to complete the service and make the customer happy.
