  Im so disappointed I can't give zero stars. Customer service is non-existant here, I guess what to expect from an outlet store. Managers make up their own policies in regards to returns or exchanges, selection is poor, usually all the rejects that never sell from the bigger stores come here. Attn: Juan (the district manger) You really need to have a in-depth conversation with your staff about customer service, especially customer retention. The kids you have employed have no idea on how to run a business, thus resulting in negative marketing such as this.
