  Didn't even bother to show for initial meeting, called cell and office without answer and voicemails are full; NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT USE: Received call hour and a half after set appointment from Owner; said store shut down due to illness, but no one to monitor phones, no employees?; Forgot or never listed our appointment, sloppy book keeping if so, reset appointment for 6 PM called back at 5:30 and said I was being unfair for my review above, due to the fact he forgot me and was too busy to do his job. He has my address which was given during first appointment setting and if he did not have me in his calendar, how did he have my address. Very, very unprofessional and argumentative. Just saw response; we met for 20 minutes Monday with wife at store, she gave me his card which I called and gave him my address and time to meet. When stood up, I reset for 6 PM and was willing to discuss the issues but he was argumentative and did not feel it was worth his time to meet. CUSTOMER BEWARE!
