  Was terrified to discover we had rats in attic on long weekend. Called my regular exterminator and they couldn't come for week or more. I called Frontier and they sent someone within an hr. Michael came out and checked the house. Great guy. Very friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions and made me feel better about situation. Answered any question I had through whole process with no hesitation. Gave me am honest quote and work scope and booked to come back in 3 days to do work. Completed all the work in a couple hrs and caught all the rats within 3 days. Came back to collect them whenever we called. Highly recommend them without any hesitation!!

  Michael with Frontier Exterminating was the BEST !!! He called 20 minutes ahead of appointment to confirm, arrived on time, very polite and professional, listened to my concerns, inspected interior/attic/garage/exterior, fixed issues, and made very reasonable proposal for “exclusion” points to prevent repeat issues. It’s a family-owned Katy business where I did not have to listen to a salesman make promises and then depend on another person to complete the job. Instead, Michael DOES the work himself. The outdoor pest spray was odorless and did not harm pets, plants, or beneficial lizards — but protects against unwanted insects. He also saved me money when I thought I had evidence of mice activity in the attic, but he confirmed that there was none. No pressure to sign long term contracts, and no upsell tactics. I highly recommend this company for anyone wanting safe, honest, guaranteed, reasonably priced services for pest control.
