  If I could put negative stars, I would. Service center always has issues with either their employees and training or with their computers. I have NEVER been to a Home Depot with THIS much problems. Slow, pro desk closed on Sunday and at 4 any other day during the week and good luck finding anyone there after lunch, period. Beyond frustrating. And instead of trying to find a solution, they tell me it's my problem and to figure it out by paying cash.

  We went in this morning for supplies and Shaina was extremely helpful. By far the best experience I have ever had at Home Depot. If you are in the tool section and you need assistance, talk to Shaina. Extremely knowledgeable and goes out of her way to help customers.
