  I had an installation done in my 2013 F150 back in early 2014 and I had to take my truck back into the shop three times (ultimately had to take my truck to another shop to have the work corrected). The first night when I took my truck home I found out that the head unit did not turn off when I turned my truck off. The second time was due to the radio no longer pushing out any sound. The explanation for this was I blew out the speakers because I had "set the graphical EQ incorrectly". The volume had never been turned up louder than 16 out of 40. The third time my automatic windows would not go down because some of the wiring was obstructing the path. When I took my truck to Houston Car Stereo, they found that the installers at Hyper Audio had used a Metra wiring kit for a Scoche dash unit which had caused my steering wheel controls not to work. They also secured a wire to the tweeter that had been banging around inside the passenger door for years.
