  WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. These clowns do not care about clients at all. I have spent around 10K over the years at JOS A Bank. Went to store Tuesday to buy 2 suits, sport coat, 3 slacks, ties, shirts, shoes for an important meeting the following Monday. These clowns walked away from this business because they refused to makes certain I could pick up the items in 6 days. Not only are they too stupid to understand you have to go above and beyond and help clients sometimes, they don't care about clients that have been loyal customers. Sadly, I went back the next morning and talked to assistant manager to explain the experience and he said this is corporate policy. Dumb organizations do not deserve to be in business. My policy, walk away. They lost this sale and ALL FUTURE SALES from my family and everyone we know. STAY AWAY unless you enjoy being treated like a 2nd class citizen. They are not even worth the one star I had to give them to post. Mike Henry Katy, TX

  I have shopped in this store one time and for good reason. I was in a wedding and this specific location was the designated location to pick up my suit. (not a rental) The first time I went to pick up my suit after they had called and told me it was ready they spent 15 minutes looking for it. It was the wrong size. I am a 42R and the suit was a 44L. I had three weeks until the wedding and I was becoming increasingly impatient. A side note for the audience or anyone who dares to read this. I felt profiled walking into this store. I showed up in gym clothes and I am completely covered in tattoos. I was not greeted when I walked in and had to engage the initial conversation myself. Little do they know I have been in the Marine Corps for 9 years now and not to sound cocky but I can buy anything in their store if I chose to. The man who helped me promised the suit would be replaced and be the right size the next go around. It was not. I gave up hope on this place and the customer service was just as bad my second time in the store. I took the wrong sized suit anyways and had it tailored on my dime for the wedding. The next thing I have to say is I called this store to see if they bought gently used suits because I have several I do not wear. After asking my question the gentleman who answered the phone said, "no" and promptly hung up on me. This specific location will never have my business.
