  Love the sales process at this business. We are greeted by a sales person, who explains the pricing policies and shows us the where to find what we are looking for. Then they leave and allow us to browse. Our sales person, Krystle, checked in with us every now and then to see if we had any questions, then continued to let us browse. The check-out process was simple and quick. This is our second purchase and we've been happy with the quality of our first purchase. (our current purchase is scheduled for delivery next week). We will definitely be back.

  Was greeted by Melissa after previously having gone to browse for furniture for my daughter. I ended up also getting my new dining set. We love it and appreciated the great customer service from not only Melissa, but also from the young lady who checked us out. She made sure I knew all the details on my invoice. Pickup was easy and helpful. I've always shopped for my furniture here (my son's room I purchased their beds last year) and hope to continue!

  Katy Furniture is AMAZING!!! Huge selection of awesome quality furniture!! Much better quality than Rooms to Go!! You cannot beat these prices!! Great quality wood furniture that is so hard to find these days. Huge variety of styles!! I just wish we would have saved our time and energy and just came here first! Crystal was so helpful and kind!! Will definitely shop here again!!
