  Came in to do an exchange. My exchange was a gift from my dad for Mother's day. Associate Mithilesh wad rude and did not listen that I needed store credit. She gave me a receipt I thought that was the credit. I then came back with 2 shirts both said 30% off on rack when I rang out she said one was original price but buy 1 get 1 half off when that is not what the sign read, it read 30% off. So went back to look for a different shirt because she would not acknowledge customer is always right. Only for her to tell me to pay with my card. I said you didn't give me one, she said your Palais Royal card I said I had told you this was a gift I needed store credit. I ended up walking out of the store with nothing, crying and angry. She had returned all the money back to my dads card. So I ended up with no gift, worst shopping experience ever. I have done the survey and reported her to corporate. What she did to me was not right. She gave me attitude, saying she didn't understand me when I was speaking pure English!
