  They do not honor Apple support appointments. I had a 2:40 appointment today for iPhone battery replacement and was told when I arrived that “they weren’t doing anymore today.” The employee explained an unclear connection/knowledge of the appointments made. Additionally—most important—-I called at 10:48am to confirm my appointment (knowing that batteries are in demand.). Since no one answered, I left a voicemail as their system directed me to (verifying battery replacement and providing my phone number.). No one ever called and the employee told me (wait for it), that they don’t know how to check the voicemail. A tech shop that is either inept or fibbing. No thanks.
