  I guess it depends on what time you go to this store but if they get so busy on the afternoons they should have a board to show wait time or something, waited for a long time and they seemed to be taking care of other clients that walked in they said they had appointments so again if they are so booked they should close their doors instead of making people wait. Also there was no sense of urgency at all! An alarm was blearing for a while and none of the Sales people turned it off when at least 2 of them seemed to be available. Again it might just be like this in the afternoons but they could handle their business a lot better and at least show like they are making an effort to take care of waiting customers.
