  Gustavo is the absolute worst person ever!! He should not be in the retail business of helping people because he clearly does not know how to. He needs to be fired and sit behind a desk where he doesn't have to talk to people. Most unhelpful person in the world. No wonder this place has such bad reviews.. gives tmobile a bad name. Would never recommend this place to my worst enemy!

  Always a long wait and only 2 seats for waiting customers. Usually have to stand and wait for over an hour. The process is slow and inefficient, but the service was good.
