  Never experienced customer service like this from any other pharmacy. HORRIBLE!!! I explained to the pharmacist that my son was feeling better so that I only wanted one box of medicine instead of two but because the doctor prescribed us two, we’d have to wait another hour to pick up the medicine. I didn’t understand why I couldn’t pick up one of the boxes that was already ready. Sent my husband back at night after he got off work and he came back with two boxes and paid $70 worth of medicine that we will not be using. Pharmacy! $70 is not chump change! Then they tell me I cannot return one of the boxes and that I shouldn’t have had to wait a hour for that first box to begin with, that it would have taken 5mins. Well you guys never changed the quantity like I asked and I’ve lost money doing this.
